Quotes, Orders and Project Scope

Every quote provided by Site Plans FL is based on the project information available at the time of the request. Quotes are estimates prepared using the details, property information, documents, and project scope supplied by the customer.

If project requirements change after work begins, additional services may be required. Changes such as revised project dimensions, additional structures, updated surveys, county correction notices, or modifications requested by the customer may result in additional charges or revised delivery timelines.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been received or when both parties agree to proceed under an approved quotation. Work will begin after we receive the necessary project information required to prepare your drawings.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us prepare accurate permit-ready drawings, customers agree to provide complete and accurate project information. This includes property addresses, project descriptions, available surveys, sketches, photographs, permit comments, or any other documentation required for the project.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information before sending it to Site Plans FL. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information may affect drawing accuracy, project timelines, or permit submissions.

If additional information is requested during the drafting process, customers are expected to respond promptly to avoid unnecessary delays. Failure to provide requested information may extend delivery times or require revisions once the missing information becomes available.

Customers are also responsible for reviewing completed drawings before submitting them to their local building department and notifying us of any corrections requested by the permitting authority.

Payments and Billing

All pricing provided by Site Plans FL is quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment may be required before drafting work begins, depending on the selected service and project requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their quote before making payment. Any additional work requested after the original project scope has been approved, including design changes, additional structures, or expanded project requirements, may result in additional charges.

If a payment cannot be processed or is declined, we reserve the right to delay or suspend work until payment has been successfully completed.

Project Delivery

Site Plans FL delivers project files electronically through email or other approved digital methods. Delivery times shown on our website, including our standard 12–24 hour turnaround, are estimated timeframes based on the information available at the time of your order.

Delivery schedules may vary due to factors including:

Free revisions apply only to the original project scope. Changes resulting from new project requirements, design modifications, additional structures, or customer-requested revisions outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Not every project qualifies for a PE stamp, and engineering review does not guarantee permit approval or acceptance by the local permitting authority.
