- We are unable to complete your project due to unavailable or inaccessible property information.
- A drafting error made by Site Plans FL cannot reasonably be corrected through revisions.
- We are unable to deliver the service that was agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Free Revisions Before Refund
Our first priority is to resolve issues through revisions whenever possible. In most cases, building department comments or minor drafting adjustments can be completed quickly without requiring a refund.
If your local Florida building department requests corrections related to drawings prepared by our team, simply provide the official correction notice. We will review the requested changes and update your drawings when they fall within the original project scope.
Free revisions do not include project redesigns, additional structures, changes requested after drafting has been completed, or modifications resulting from updated customer requirements.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available
Because every site plan is prepared specifically for an individual property, refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Drafting work has already been completed and delivered.
- The customer provides incorrect, incomplete, or outdated project information.
- Project requirements change after work has started.
- Additional work is requested beyond the original project scope.
- Permit approval is denied for reasons unrelated to drafting accuracy.
- Local authorities require engineering, surveying, or documentation that was not included in the purchased service.
- The customer decides to cancel after substantial work has been completed.
Custom digital drafting services cannot be returned in the same way as physical products once they have been prepared and delivered.
Florida PE Stamp Services
Some residential and commercial projects require review by a licensed Florida Professional Engineer before permit submission.
When customers purchase Florida PE Stamp Services engineering review is completed in accordance with applicable Florida regulations. Because these services involve licensed engineering professionals, refund requests for PE-stamped projects are reviewed individually.
Engineering approval and permit acceptance remain subject to the independent judgment of the reviewing engineer and the requirements of the local building department.
Permit Approval Disclaimer
Site Plans FL prepares permit-ready drawings using the project information provided by the customer together with applicable county and municipal requirements available during the drafting process.
Although we work carefully to prepare accurate drawings, we cannot guarantee permit approval. Final decisions are made by local building departments, zoning officials, engineers, and other regulatory authorities.
Permit denials resulting from zoning regulations, environmental restrictions, property conditions, engineering requirements, survey discrepancies, or changes to local building codes are not considered drafting errors and therefore do not automatically qualify for a refund.
